How do I add a recipe?
Tap the ➕ on the Recipes screen. You can type a recipe in manually, scan a page with the camera, or import from a photo. For scan and photo, Menura's AI reads the image and fills in the details for you to review before saving.
Does recipe scanning cost anything?
You get a number of free AI scans each month. You can also add your own free Google Gemini API key in Settings to use scanning and AI photos at no cost. Menura Plus removes the limits.
What is Menura Plus?
An optional subscription that adds unlimited AI recipe scanning, AI-generated recipe photos, and household sharing. Everything else in Menura is free. Manage or cancel any time in Settings ▸ Apple ID ▸ Subscriptions.
How does household sharing work?
With Menura Plus you can share your whole library — recipes, meal plan and shopping list — with family over iCloud. Everyone sees and edits the same content live. Start sharing from Settings.
Does Menura work offline?
Yes. Creating and viewing recipes, planning, and shopping lists all work offline. Only AI scanning and AI photo generation need an internet connection.
Where is my data? Is it private?
Your data stays on your device and in your own iCloud. No accounts, no tracking, no ads. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I restore a purchase or manage my subscription?
Open Settings in the app to restore purchases, or manage the subscription directly in the iOS Settings app under your Apple ID ▸ Subscriptions.

Wie füge ich ein Rezept hinzu?
Tippe auf das ➕ im Rezepte-Bildschirm. Du kannst ein Rezept manuell eingeben, eine Seite mit der Kamera scannen oder aus einem Foto importieren. Beim Scannen und beim Foto liest Menuras KI das Bild aus und füllt die Details aus, die du vor dem Speichern prüfen kannst.

Du erhältst jeden Monat eine Anzahl kostenloser KI-Scans. Du kannst außerdem in den Einstellungen deinen eigenen kostenlosen Google-Gemini-API-Schlüssel hinterlegen und Scannen sowie KI-Fotos kostenlos nutzen. Menura Plus hebt die Grenzen auf.

Mit Menura Plus kannst du deine gesamte Sammlung – Rezepte, Essensplan und Einkaufsliste – über iCloud mit der Familie teilen. Alle sehen und bearbeiten dieselben Inhalte live. Das Teilen startest du in den Einstellungen.
Funktioniert Menura offline?
Ja. Rezepte erstellen und ansehen, Planen und Einkaufslisten funktionieren offline. Nur das KI-Scannen und die KI-Fotoerzeugung benötigen eine Internetverbindung.
Wo sind meine Daten? Sind sie privat?
Deine Daten bleiben auf deinem Gerät und in deiner eigenen iCloud. Keine Konten, kein Tracking, keine Werbung. Details in unserer Datenschutzerklärung.
Wie stelle ich einen Kauf wieder her oder verwalte mein Abo?
Öffne die Einstellungen in der App, um Käufe wiederherzustellen, oder verwalte das Abo direkt in der iOS-Einstellungen-App unter deiner Apple-ID ▸ Abonnements.
